How much do balloon decor services cost?

The pricing varies depending on the volume and complexity of the event decor. We offer Pickup Options starting at $60. Delivery and installation fees are determined by distance from True Celebration and the scale of your event setup. See our pricing page for more details.

How long do balloons last?

Indoor balloon garlands can last several weeks when kept in a climate-controlled environment.

Outdoor balloon décor is exposed to heat, humidity, wind, and direct sunlight, so longevity varies. For the best results, we recommend installing outdoor balloon décor in shaded areas whenever possible.

Can I pick up balloons?

Yes, we offer Grab-n-go Balloon garlands and balloon arrangements for pickup in the 78261 area. Choose your size of garland from 4ft to 10ft. You will receive hooks, ties, and directions when you pick up your order.

How do I order Balloons?

You can fill out our Contact request form on our page, text us at (210)843-7509 or send us a DM on FACEBOOK or Instagram. All inquiries will be answered in less than 24 hours.

Does True Celebrations Travel?

We proudly serve San Antonio, New Braunfels, Boerne, Schertz, Cibolo, Spring Branch, Bulverde, Canyon Lake, Austin, and surrounding areas. Travel fees vary based on distance.

How far in advance should I book?

Event set up dates and times are limited. We recommend you contact us once you have venue secured.

How do I pay for my decor?

Once order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you, which can be paid online using your preferred method of payment. A 50% non-refundable save-the-date is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than a week before your event. For short-notice events, full payment is required upfront.

If more time is needed to plan, you will receive a “Save the date” invoice, which goes towards your final setup design.

Can I provide my own balloons?

We cannot guarantee the results of balloons brought to us; therefore, we do not inflate balloons provide by the client.

Do you offer custom balloon colors?

We specialize in creating custom balloon color palettes and work hard to match your event branding, school colors, business logos, and party themes whenever possible.

Can you work with my venue?

Absolutely.

Planning a large celebration or working with a new venue? Our on-site design consultation allows us to evaluate your event space, take measurements, discuss logistics, and create a custom design plan tailored to your celebration.

• Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

• The consultation fee is fully credited toward your event when your final booked event total is $1,000 or more.

  For events under $1,000, the consultation fee covers your time, travel, and professional design expertise and is non-refundable and not applied toward the event balance.
