How much do balloon decor services cost?

The pricing varies depending on the volume and complexity of the event decor. Our minimum installation order is $350 daily, except for Saturday, where the minimum is $400. Delivery and installation fees are calculated based on the distance from True Celebration and the scale of your event setup.

How long do balloons last?

Indoors- Air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors. The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.

Outdoors- Although we use high quality professional balloons, we cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoor. We recommend shade if possible.

Can I pick up balloons?

Yes, we offer Grab-n-go Balloon garlands and balloon arrangement for pickup in the 78261 area. Choose your size of garland from 4ft to 10ft. You will receive hooks, ties, and directions when you are pickup.

How do I order Balloons?

Does True Celebrations Travel?

Yes, we are happy to travel for any type of event.

How far in advance should I book?

Event set up dates and times are limited. We recommend you contact us once you have venue secured.

How do I pay for my decor?

Once order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you, which can be paid online using your preferred method of payment. A 50% non-refundable save-the-date is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than a week before your event. For short-notice events, full payment is required upfront.

If more time is needed to plan, you will receive a “Save the date” invoice, which goes towards your final setup design.

Can I provide my own balloons?

We cannot guarantee the results of balloons brought to us; therefore, we do not inflate balloons provide by client.
